Returns Policy

Under UK law, if a consumer has been sold faulty goods, they are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item.

If the item is not faulty and has been bought online, consumers have the right to change their mind within 14 days of receiving the item. After notifying the supplier of their intent, they have another 14 days to return the goods.

For these reasons,’ Claire Nicholas – author’ will hold onto the financial details of all customers for 40 days after the date of purchase, allowing for time to process the order and for the books to be delivered, before the refund period begins.

All returns are expected to be in the same condition as when they were initially received and, if not faulty, ready for immediate resale.
